Omar is junior tax agent based in our UAE office having joined our team in 2017. Omar hold a bachelor’s degree in accounting & business law and graduated with honors. He has successfully completed his GCC VAT Diploma with a 90% average.

His area of expertise includes VAT computation & reconciliation. He is also an up and coming expert in dealing with the tax authorities in the UAE. Omar has significantly contributed to various complex implementation and rollout projects. He is always up to date with the VAT legislation and tax laws in the UAE and updates client accordingly. Furthermore, working with large organizations has developed his skills to evaluate and provide reports on customized ERP Systems.

His prior experience being in banking & finance in the middle east which has led to strong accounting skills. He has also attended trainings on anti-money laundry governance.
